Fletcher Holmes

Adviser

Fletcher Holmes is a respected financial adviser with over a decade of experience, including eight years as a business owner. A devoted father of two, he understands the importance of financial security and provides practical, tailored advice with a genuine and approachable style.

Before finance, Fletcher built a career in elite rugby league as a Brisbane Broncos NRL-contracted player, coach, and football manager. His coaching achievements include the Australian Jillaroos’ 2013 World Cup win and the Broncos’ NRLW Premiership in 2018, along with assistant coaching roles in 2023 and 2024.

Today, Fletcher combines his passions as a fully accredited NRL Financial Coach, delivering financial literacy programs and one-on-one guidance to NRL and NRLW players, helping them build secure futures both during and after their sporting careers.

Fletcher holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is authorised to provide advice across a wide range of areas including: Pre-retirement and retirement planning; Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs); Life insurance; Superannuation strategies; Debt management; Budgeting and cash flow; Wealth creation strategies.

With his unique blend of financial knowledge, real-world experience, and a sincere commitment to client wellbeing, Fletcher Holmes is dedicated to making a lasting positive impact in the lives of his clients and their families.

Natassja Purontakanen

Adviser & Office Manager

Tash is a dedicated financial adviser passionate about helping clients achieve their milestones and secure their financial future. Entering the industry in 2016 and becoming a registered adviser in 2018, Tash has built a reputation for clear, practical advice and a warm, approachable style. Since joining Sycon Wealth in 2021, she has continued to empower clients across all stages of life with education and tailored strategies.

A big part of Tash’s motivation for becoming an adviser was a desire to make a difference in people’s lives — helping them understand their options and build a secure, sustainable financial future for themselves and their families.

Tash is passionate about assisting veterans and their families, specialising in DVA compensation payments and military superannuation schemes including CSC Military Super and ADF Super. She takes pride in supporting those who have served, helping them navigate complex entitlements and make the most of their benefits.

Tash holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is qualified to advise on Investment Life Insurance and Life Risk Insurance Products, Managed Investment Schemes including IDPS, Retirement Savings Accounts, Securities, Superannuation, and Self-Managed Super Funds.

Above all, Tash loves educating clients — taking the time to break down complex topics so they can make confident decisions and celebrate every milestone along the way.

Dane Beauchamp

Adviser

Dane is a dedicated financial planning expert with 11 years of industry experience and a family legacy in financial services spanning 45 years. He is committed to delivering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

Before entering financial planning, Dane built a successful career in Muay Thai, competing on the world stage and winning multiple titles, including a world championship. The discipline, resilience, and perseverance he developed as an athlete now guide his approach to helping clients achieve long-term financial security.

A devoted husband and father of three, Dane understands the importance of family and brings this perspective to his client relationships. Known for his open communication and practical advice, he takes pride in building strong connections and empowering clients to navigate their financial journeys with confidence. Dane is an invaluable asset for anyone seeking a dedicated financial planning partner.

Mathew Marshall

Adviser & Mortgage Broker

Mathew has a genuine interest for helping people succeed and build their financial future the way they want it. He began his career as a Tax Accountant before transitioning into the Financial Planning industry. His background in accounting and now as an accredited Financial Adviser and Mortgage Broker equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in financial decision-making when providing tailored financial advice. Mathew utilises his multifaceted background to take advantage and provide well-rounded, holistic financial advice that integrates tax planning, investment strategies and lending solutions in the one. 

Mathew graduated from Griffith University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning. Mathew also holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, is an accredited broker with over 35 banks and lending institutions, and an accredited SMSF adviser and broker. 

Blake Pyle

Professional Year Adviser & Mortgage Broker

Born and raised in the Central Highlands, Blake brings over five years of experience as a Financial Adviser Associate and Mortgage Broker, supporting clients on their journey toward financial security and success. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning from Griffith University, along with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Blake combines academic knowledge with real-world insight to deliver tailored financial solutions.

A former rugby league player for Wynnum Manly, Blake brings the same discipline and team-first mindset to his professional work—helping individuals and families navigate their financial options with confidence. He’s passionate about empowering clients to achieve their financial goals, whether that’s securing their first home, refinancing, or building long-term wealth.

Nicholas Griffiths

Mortgage Broker

With more than 15 years in the financial services industry, Nicholas’s experience spans lending and financial advice. He began his career with major banks and institutions before spending a decade as a financial adviser, helping clients manage wealth and plan for the future. In recent years, his focus has shifted to finance broking, cashflow, and debt management strategies, where he works as an accredited finance and lending adviser. In this role, he specialises in securing tailored solutions for individuals, families, and businesses—whether for home ownership, investment, or strategic growth.

Nicholas holds a Master of Finance and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Griffith University, as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. These qualifications, combined with his industry experience, enable him to deliver practical, outcome-driven advice supported by strong financial planning principles and knowledge.

Tahlia Renouf

Client Support Officer

Tahlia is a dedicated Client Support Officer at Sycon Wealth, bringing years of experience across administration, marketing, and communications. Tahlia’s professional journey has been driven by a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. 

Known for her caring nature and proactive approach, Tahlia thrives in organised, team-focused environments where she can make a meaningful difference—whether it’s supporting clients, streamlining processes, or keeping projects on track. Tahlia takes pride in being someone people can rely on to get things done with efficiency and heart.

Jellise Yu

Client Support Officer

Jellise is a graduate of BS in Business Management with a major in Management Accounting. She brings with her over 8 years of experience working as an Accountant in the banking sector and 5 years as a Financial Planning Assistant. With her strong background in finance, Jellise has developed a sharp eye for detail and is highly skilled at keeping on top of the many moving parts of administration. She takes pride in ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the advice team and clients with accuracy and care.

Beyond her professional life, Jellise is a proud 'Ausome' mum, finding inspiration and strength in her family. She’s also a big fan of music and science fiction, which fuel her creativity and curiosity. Her combination of technical expertise, organisation, and genuine warmth makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Rina Patalinghug

Lending Support to Mathew Marshall

Rina holds a degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos. While her academic background and previous work experience differ from the finance industry, Rina has built a versatile and professional profile and discovered a genuine interest in finance through her experience with Mathew in the mortgage broking industry.

As a dedicated support staff member, Rina helps clients navigate the often complex world of lending. She thrives as the behind-the-scenes connector—organising paperwork, coordinating communication, and ensuring every detail is accurate and up to date.

What excites her most about the role is the variety and pace; every day brings something new and the chance to learn more about the financial market. Most rewarding of all is playing a part in turning clients’ dreams of homeownership into reality—keeping her on her toes and making each day fulfilling.
