Fletcher Holmes
Adviser
Fletcher Holmes is a respected financial adviser with over a decade of experience, including eight years as a business owner. A devoted father of two, he understands the importance of financial security and provides practical, tailored advice with a genuine and approachable style.
Before finance, Fletcher built a career in elite rugby league as a Brisbane Broncos NRL-contracted player, coach, and football manager. His coaching achievements include the Australian Jillaroos’ 2013 World Cup win and the Broncos’ NRLW Premiership in 2018, along with assistant coaching roles in 2023 and 2024.
Today, Fletcher combines his passions as a fully accredited NRL Financial Coach, delivering financial literacy programs and one-on-one guidance to NRL and NRLW players, helping them build secure futures both during and after their sporting careers.
Fletcher holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is authorised to provide advice across a wide range of areas including: Pre-retirement and retirement planning; Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs); Life insurance; Superannuation strategies; Debt management; Budgeting and cash flow; Wealth creation strategies.

Tash is a dedicated financial adviser passionate about helping clients achieve their milestones and secure their financial future. Entering the industry in 2016 and becoming a registered adviser in 2018, Tash has built a reputation for clear, practical advice and a warm, approachable style. Since joining Sycon Wealth in 2021, she has continued to empower clients across all stages of life with education and tailored strategies.
A big part of Tash’s motivation for becoming an adviser was a desire to make a difference in people’s lives — helping them understand their options and build a secure, sustainable financial future for themselves and their families.

He began his career as a Tax Accountant before transitioning into the Financial Planning industry.
